Four family members share the cooking, service, driving, supplies, and behind-the-scenes work that keep the trailer moving.
Our story
Family-owned and operated in South Texas.
Lumpia Express began as a dream my mom carried for years. After retiring from teaching following the COVID-19 pandemic, she and Dad purchased the trailer and, through networking and hard work, grew it into what it is today. Mom later returned to teaching, but we continue operating whenever our schedules allow—bringing Filipino culture and home-style food to Alice and surrounding communities.

Rick — Dad
Operations & Fry Cook
A field supervisor in the oilfield, he drives and maintains the trailer, works the fryer, and helps roll lumpia.
Jacob — Youngest Son
Customer Service, Technology & Design
A teacher and coach who handles customer service, the register, website and menu design, cooking, and occasional trailer driving.
Dustin — Oldest Son
Supply & Kitchen Support
A teacher and coach who keeps supplies moving and helps with orders, cooking, and frying.
