Confirming an order
Calling, viewing the menu, or sending a message does not by itself confirm an order. Please speak with Lumpia Express and receive confirmation before sending payment.
Prices and availability
Menu items, ingredients, prices, serving locations, and hours may change without notice. Listed prices include sales tax for cash and Cash App payments. Any permitted card-processing fee will be disclosed before payment. Facebook carries the latest posted schedule, but weather, events, or supply issues may require last-minute changes.
Accepted payments
We accept cash, card, Cash App, and tap-to-pay. We do not accept checks. Credit and debit card payments must be completed in person; we never request or accept card information by phone or Facebook message.
Cancellations and refunds
For a cancellation, incorrect payment, missing item, or refund question, call us promptly at (361) 389-2026. Whether an order can be canceled or refunded may depend on whether preparation has begun and the circumstances of the order.
